Products are regularly dispatched within 48 hours of your order.
Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "View my order" link. You'll find this link in our order confirmation or shipment confirmation emails.
Note: the tracking number is displayed approximately 4 days after shipment.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail indicating that your order has been dispatched.
Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order, as it may be waiting at the post office, even if you haven't received a notice in your letterbox.
Good to know: the post office will keep your parcel for 15 days, after which it will be returned to sender, and you will be asked to pay compensation to have your order shipped again.
